1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MoveSmart.co ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
MoveSmart is a technology platform that provides moving cost estimates and connects users with independent third-party moving companies ("Movers").
Important Disclaimer:
MoveSmart is not a moving carrier. We do not own trucks, employ movers, or transport goods. We are a lead generation service. All moving services are performed by third-party companies which are independently licensed and insured.
3. TCPA Consent & Communication
By submitting your contact information on MoveSmart, you expressly consent to receive communications from us and our partner moving companies via:
- Telephone calls (including to cellular numbers).
- SMS/Text messages.
- Email.
- Automated dialing systems or pre-recorded messages.
You acknowledge that this consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt-out at any time by replying "STOP" to SMS messages.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoveSmart shall not be liable for any damages, loss of goods, delays, or disputes arising from your use of the services provided by the third-party Movers. Your relationship and contract for moving services are strictly between you and the Mover.
5. Accuracy of Estimates
The AI-generated estimates provided on this Site are for informational purposes only. They are based on the data you provide and historical averages. Final pricing is subject to the Mover's tariff, actual weight/volume of items, and additional services requested.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, and code on this Site are the property of MoveSmart.co and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of this Site without our prior written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
